ICUMSA 60 · Azúcar refinado grano fino
Refined sugar with a very fine grain, almost powdered but slightly larger, with a maximum ICUMSA color of 60. It dissolves fast and blends evenly, which is why powdered-drink, bakery and dairy manufacturers prefer it. It is a specialty product with limited supply in Colombia.
