Incoterms® 2020 we offer
We deliver the goods on board the vessel at the Colombian port. You book the freight.
We include ocean freight to your port. You arrange insurance.
We include freight and marine insurance to your port of destination.
For Ecuador and Venezuela by road, delivered at the border or at destination.
Transit times, shipping lines and sailing frequency are confirmed in each quotation according to the port of destination.

Marking and labeling
Every package shows product, lot, production date, net weight, origin Colombia and any data required by the destination country's regulations. Labels in English, Spanish or other languages on request.
Reference minimum order
One 20-ft container (≈ 25–27 t) for bags and big bags. Retail and portions are quoted by volume. Annual supply contracts with scheduled deliveries are open to negotiation.
How to buy
A clear process, from quotation to port
- Inquiry
Send us product, specification, volume, packaging, port of destination and timing.
- Offer
You receive a formal offer with price, Incoterm, specification and validity.
- Contract
We sign a sales contract with a delivery schedule and payment terms.
- Sample and inspection
A lot sample if you require one, and quality and quantity inspection before loading.
- Shipment
Loading at the Colombian port and dispatch of documents and B/L.
- Delivery and payment
Payment against documents as agreed, with follow-up until arrival.
